Start the free trial
- In the app, tap a drawing with a crown, choose Ask a grown-up and answer the grown-up question. Or open the parent area with the padlock button and tap See Colorkeet Plus.
- On the Colorkeet Plus screen, check the plan details and tap Start free trial.
- Confirm in Apple’s purchase sheet with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple Account password.
If your child uses a Family Sharing child account with Ask to Buy, the request goes to the family organizer to approve.
The free trial is for new subscribers. If your Apple Account has already had it, the App Store shows the regular monthly price instead.
During and after the trial
- You aren’t charged during the 7 free days.
- When the trial ends, the subscription starts and your Apple Account is charged $4.99 for the first month, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- If you cancel, you won’t be charged.
- If the trial ends without a subscription, the Plus drawings downloaded during the trial are removed from the iPad. Anything your child colored on them stays in My Art as a picture to view and share, but not to keep coloring.
Manage or cancel
You can cancel at any time. Plus stays available until the end of the month you’ve already paid for.
From the app: open the parent area, find Subscription and tap Manage. This opens your App Store subscription settings.
From the iPad’s Settings:
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Colorkeet Plus.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. If there’s no cancel button, the subscription is already canceled.

Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription. Because Apple manages subscriptions, we can’t cancel one for you.
When a subscription ends
- Plus drawings your child already started stay in My Art to view and share, but can’t be continued.
- Other Plus drawings are locked again and show a crown.
- Free drawings and every tool, color and song stay available.
- Subscribing again unlocks everything right away.
Restore purchases
On a new iPad, or after reinstalling the app, sign in with the same Apple Account, open the parent area and tap Restore purchases (it’s also on the Colorkeet Plus screen). Plus drawings download again the first time they’re opened.
Refunds
Payments go through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple’s guide Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple walks you through it. We can’t see payment details or issue refunds ourselves.
Price changes
If the price of Plus changes, Apple tells you before it applies and, where required, asks you to agree first. The Terms of Use cover the subscription in full.
